The practice will end with a 40 minute guided relaxation or “Yoga Nidra”. Yoga Nidra is an ancient and profound practice that allows the body to restore itself on a cellular level.

RESTORATIVE YOGA and REIKI WORKSHOP
with Lindsey Johnson and Christy Fisher
Pre-registration required
Space is limited to provide individual attention.

Section 1:  Friday, May 15, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.   $40
Section 2:  Friday, June 12, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.  $40

Enjoy a deeply rejuvenating workshop that combines Restorative Yoga and Reiki.

Restorative Yoga incorporates gentle, relaxing poses using supportive props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, walls, eye pillows).  Reiki is an ancient healing technique that works subtly, yet powerfully, to restore the body's natural energy, or prana, to facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual harmony.  While Christy guides you through poses, Lindsey will apply Reiki to each student to help deepend the posture's benefits.
