Get ready for the upcoming holidays with a deeply rejuvenating workshop that combines Restorative Yoga and Reiki.

Restorative Yoga incorporates gentle, relaxing poses using supportive props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, walls, eye pillows). Reiki is an ancient healing technique that works subtly, yet powerfully, to restore the body’s natural energy, or prana, to facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual harmony. While Christy guides you through poses, Lindsey will apply Reiki to each student to help deepen the posture’s benefits. Get more info on Lindsey Johnson
