Enjoy a deeply rejuvenating workshop that combines Restorative Yoga and Reiki.

Restorative Yoga incorporates gentle, relaxing poses using supportive props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, walls, eye pillows).  Reiki is an ancient healing technique that works subtly, yet powerfully, to restore the body's natural energy, or prana, to facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual harmony.  While Christy guides you through poses, Lindsey will apply Reiki to each student to help deepend the posture's benefits.

Take time out during the holidays and enjoy a deeply rejuvenating practice of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. After a gentle warm up, Christy will guide you through supported postures (using props such as bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, chairs) that help to release deep held tension in the body and mind. The practice will end with a 40 minute guided relaxation or “Yoga Nidra”. Yoga Nidra is an ancient and profound practice that allows the body to restore itself on a cellular level.

Following Yoga Nidra, there will be an informal quiet time where you are invited to bring your journal or art materials. Herbal teas and snacks will be provided.
